Throughout the world, as well in our country, the crisis is in expansion. Consequences of the crisis attacking primarily small companies that can not be developed no matter on their innovation, because they are too small to resist fixed costs.

Big enterprises perish because they can not follow the new technological trends and delays in the development are their end. The project would sought answers to previous questions through workshops and cooperation between professors and businessmen of Republic of Srpska, professors and businessmen in Norway.

Case study would be an impact of small and medium enterprises robotization on their development. Through the papers that will be presented during a 5 day workshop, guidance should be given whether in Republic of Srpska robotization of small and medium enterprises, will give the new blood to these companies, so that they can survive and achieve greater financial results.

Is it possible? It will be answered by workshops.

If so, what should those companies need to do so they would be able to engage in new technologies? All this will be proofed by professors from the field in the papers at the workshops.

Higher education at the University of Trondheim and professors from the University of Trondheim should be a guarantee of success of such workshops.
